We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹299.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may verify the authenticity of the order before dispatch.
If we have any concerns regarding the address, phone number, or other order details, our team may contact you by phone to confirm the order.
Only orders with a verified phone number and valid delivery address will be dispatched.
If we are unable to verify the order, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order before dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 1 business day.
We aim to ship approximately 90% of orders within 24 hours.
All verified orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours, subject to operational circumstances.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or applicable non-operational days.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–4 business days, depending on your delivery pincode, courier availability, and other logistical factors.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If your order is delayed, please contact our support team with your order number so that we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Godgiift.com is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If a courier partner is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the customer refuses delivery, or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
For prepaid orders, any refund or store credit following an RTO will be handled according to our applicable Refund & Replacement Policy, including any applicable shipping or logistics deductions.
